Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and company name. If you subscribe, Stripe collects and processes your payment information — we never see or store your full card number. We also collect usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the product. If you upload documents for AI analysis, we store the uploaded file and the extracted results.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide the RigRadar service, process billing, send transactional emails (confirmations, alerts, receipts), and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Third-Party Services

RigRadar uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting
• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Vercel — frontend hosting
• Railway — backend API hosting
• Anthropic — AI document analysis (Claude)

Each service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data required for each service to function.

Document Upload Privacy

Documents you upload (leases, runsheets, assignments) are processed by our AI to extract title information. Your documents are stored only for your own retrieval and are not used to train AI models. They are not shared with other users or third parties beyond the processing services listed above.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request deletion, we will remove your personal data and uploaded documents within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@rigradar.ai. You can also export your data (permit watchlists, document analyses, field notes) through your account settings or by contacting us.

Children's Privacy

RigRadar is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the application. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
